1. How soon can my kennel be ready?
The availability of our kennels does depend on the demand placed on us at any given time. However, we do strive to stay ahead of the orders so that we have kennels on-hand. Please contact us for availability.
2. I have a large dog. Will he fit comfortably in the kennel?
Since each animal is so unique, we encourage you to check the specifications for exact measurements of the kennel. You know your pet better than anyone. Our Kennel is very sturdy and more than able to house a 100 pound dog.
3. Is the kennel able to house more than one animal?
We do have customers that have 2 small to medium dogs living in one kennel. This really depends on your specific pets and their personalities. Check the specifications for exact measurements of the kennel.

6. Do you charge for delivery?
We are located in the Farmville, Virginia area. Contact us for the delivery charge to your area. Pick-up is also available at no cost to you.
7. Is there any assembly required?
The kennels come completely assembled. The aluminum covered box is screwed onto the kennel with 8 screws. When we deliver the kennels, we generally unscrew the box and slide it inside of the kennel during transport and then set it up at your home. If you pick up your kennel, the size of your truck or trailer will determine whether or not that is done so that you can easily transport the kennel. It is very simple to re-attach the box if you need to do so.
8. How do I clean my Custom Raised Kennel?
Our PolyMax® flooring is a breeze to clean! Simply spray it off with the water hose when necessary. On a side note, we have found that feeding your pets food with less fillers (quality pet food) does cut down on waste. Thus, making the kennel easier to clean. 9. How do your kennels compare with the standard, mass-produced products?
That is a great question. Please read about the features and specifications of the Custom Raised Kennel. You will see the many advantages of our system. If you go to the store and purchase, for example, an 8'x10' kennel, a doghouse, and a tarp, you end up spending more than several hundred dollars. Keeping your pets on hard concrete or the soggy ground is not comfortable or sanitary for them. The tarps don't last long and soon your animal will start digging holes under the fencing! Don't invest money into products that you know you will have to soon replace. Our kennel system is a great investment for you and for your pet.
10. Do you board animals?
No. We are not a boarding sevice. We custom build kennels for your personal use.
